Our team of psychologists has combined experience of 40 years and is skilled in evidence based practice including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
