Bertha Street Medical & Dental Centre

I took my daughter there with a Spider bite, it was painful and her foot was badly swollen. We filled out the form and told to sit down and wait. We arrived there at 12:45 pm and got out at 5:15 pm. Their lack of empathy and uncaring attitude was appalling. They will not see us there ever again after waiting Four and a half hours.

My experience was with a rude and unskilled receiptionist.. No customer service skills whatsoever.
Went to see my doc to the clinic, the doc wasn't in, so she booked me to see him 2 days later. Got a call on the day I was supposed to see the doctor, to say that they have double booked my appointment time!!.. The caller told me the next available appointment is 4 days later... No apologies, nothing.. As if they are entitled to make such mistakes and this is nothing, no worries... Aren't we the patients are just simple nothings?!!.. We don't deserve apologies and can wait forever, what is the big deal?.. Unfriggin-believable!. This is even bad for Caboolture standards. Why can't I zero stars?

Absolutely appalled. Went down there tonight got there at 9:15pm nobody in the waiting room, thought great! No waiting. Stood outside waiting for the lady to open the door sorry shakes her hands. Go back to the car called and asked how many people waiting how many doctors she says 2 doctors and we aren't accepting anymore patients. When I asked why she refused to answer. You are meant to be open for another 45minutes! You are turning people away how wrong when you are still open until 10pm she then goes on to say we open at 7am tomorrow...

I went into the medical centre on Monday to have my referral changed to another specialist and was told at reception that I did not need to see the doctor and that they would fax a new referral out. I went to my appointment today (1 hour drive) and when I got there, they had not faxed through the referral. I have contacted the medical centre three times today and they have still not done it. I queried why and I was told that the doctors are busy despite me informing them that the specialist would not see me without the referral. I was then told by the receptionist this afternoon that I don't need to use their services if I was not happy with them. Unbelievable! Disgusting service!

I had cause to visit this medical centre with my son last week. We were seen by Dr Elizabeth. I was not only impressed with the medical centre facilities available, but with the sheer professionalism and kindness shown to us by Dr Elizabeth. She was fantastic with both of my children and all my questions were answered without any hesitation. Would recommend to all.
