Berwick Toyota

I recently purchased a car from Berwick Toyota
Sales assistance were Mark and Ronnie Berecz.
at the beginning, their service was horrible as I have to call and ask them when can I pick up a car or what documents I have to provide you?
Each single thing is quite bad experienced.
They gave me a faulty remote key and ask me to go to Kia to get a warranty.
I told them, I want you to fix or repair the remote key and send it back to me.
It took 3 weeks to get faulty remote key in my hands and please have a look the quality of my second key :) at the bottom.
They smashed my key and posted it to me.

I'm so surprised with their services and keep told me to go to KIA get new key under warranty :)
I hope their boss might see this situations.
Please don't deal with them as they will waste of your time without solutions.

Bad business ethics would not recommend even a visit



Called them up 12/10/2012 got told to come and have a look however on reaching there was told that unless we have $ 55000 they cannot show us the car

Realised that the ad was a loss leader meant to lure unsuspecting clients to a non existing car and then upgrade them to another

Unhappy with the staff, I was under pressure of buying a car at the same day. Not recommended attitude of treating guests, i would buy toyota but i wouldnt buy from toyota berwick, i would stay away.

Had to wait 3 months for my car because of the tsunami. Berwick Toyota called me every other week with a progress report. The best car I've ever had and great service. Thanks Berwick Toyota.

They were great to deal with, didn't get pressured like some places do and got a great price on my trade in. Couldn't be happier.
