I am very disappointed with the service and repairs that was done by volkswagen berwick.
If I could rate negative, I would have..
I send my car there for a $2164 repair. When I got it back, OMG!!!
There was greasy hands and hand prints everywhere in my car, on the dash on my leather seats..the car seat was removed and thrown out in the car like a piece of junk!!
The battery cover inside the trunk was removed and thrown out, not even put back in its original place. The mechanics had even left their pens and paper ...read more

Brought a used 325i BMW for work a few years ago and it's been a very good car, I've had no serious problems with it very reliable.

Just purchased my diesel golf from Berwick Vw, and the service was amazing. I have been hunting around to almost all the Vw dealers in the SE area and out of all of them Berwick offered the best customer service experience. A special mention to Katelyn for fitting in around my work life restrictions and providing the best customer service I have had when buying a car.

Another special mention to John and Candice, explaining their different areas made a potentially confusing time straight-forward and easy to understand.

Anyone interested in getting a Vw, Berwick Vw is defiantly worth the drive out simply for the service they provide.

I have purchased a used car from Berwick Volkswagen and I am very pleased with the service and price. They have me a long test drive and explained all the features on the car. Mark and his team were very thorough and honest to deal with. I have bought many cars previously but this was a simple and easy transaction. Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Berwick Volkswagen for the past three years with nothing but terrible service. Do not deal with them. My car was delivered to me with the tie down brackets still lodged in the springs. After two enquirys to remedy the crunching I was experiencing going over speed humps I had to jack the car up and remove them myself. After two complaints to vw aus we received a follow up call, to see how it was all going. Now the car needs a new water pump at 62k two months after the warrantee expires and they won't help in the slightest. They have left us completely in the cold. Do not deal with them. Go somewhere else.
