So disappointed with this company. 17 january 2014 I did email them to come down to my shop to have a look the automatic from their company which does not working . They never let me know how much they will charge to come down to look . They only send email to me job number 267950 . A staff from their company came down to looked the door a few minute and said maybe something wrong with the censer for them to fixed this door about $500 to $600 depended on something.. OMG ! I know it is so expensive so I decided not to do it. I said to them i will not do its . They said just for to come down to stand here for few minute I need to pay them $150 . I was upset because when they email that they will send someone they should let me know the cost but they said I did not asked OMG! I said ok it was my fault that did not asked I will pay.
