On referral from your doctor or dentist, you will be provided with an initial consultation when your concerns will be identified, clinical examination will be undertaken, investigations and radiographs will be reviewed and a provisional diagnosis will be discussed. Treatment options will be detailed including local or general anaesthetic requirement and a full fee quotation will be provided.

i was examined fot a severe tooth ache. it was moomba day (eon fm dancing in the streets); so because of absence of staff i took the role of the dental assistent as well as being the patient by use of a mirror. amazing result depite the conditions. very much devoted and motivated, even though it was a public holiday dr besly was most pleased with the result, he refused any fee.
Went to see William Besly who on my first visit examined me and conducted a consultation befitting a specialist. My condition reoccurred and I requested another appointment, it took me two months. On my second appointment they spent five minutes telling me there was nothing they could do, turned their back on me and called another client to discuss there drugs. Turned back to me and told me to see their colleague
in the next office. They didn't ask me about my pain, my drugs, my jaw, they didn't show the slightest interest at ALL. When I went to pay for my FIVE MINUTES they charged me the same fee for the first consultation of $112.
