Landlords be VERY WARY in your dealings with this agency. You are paying more than you should if you are not checking the quotes they provide you in detail and with second opinion. They made me pay $2612.50 for a full length of my side and back fence of treated pine fence BUT only to come back and tell me it's actually only for a 18.6m treated pine fence.
