I have had someone i know work for this comapny and the Managers and Regional Manager just defend each other while the Managers treat the employees extremly poorly to the point where they have to quit due to there mental state becuase how the managers treat them and when the employees bring it up to the Regional Manager the Regional Manager picks the Managers side then blames the issues on the employee then says they are worried about the employee but when the employees bring up evidence about a manager the Regional Manager the manager says "Thats Not The Best Way" when if they was no evidence it would be hearsay then the Regional Manager would just sweep it under the rug. Do Not Shop HERE nor Do Not Apply For This Company
This store is great for bargains, especially the essentials of socks and jocks with a young family who seem to go through them quicker than hotcakes. I've always found the store to be well presented, clean and tidy. However I can't recall a time when I have visited, when the customer service has been friendly. The cashiers are always efficient but absolutely no warmth whatsoever. I would still recommend this Best & Less for the bargains and store presentation.
