The name of this builder does not reflect the service you get. He will make endless promises such as "I will do a good job for you and you don't have to give me money until you are satisfied.." However he made us pay upfront in cash (please note: he is not a Registered Builder). He built a garden wall for us and we were not satisfied and wanted something replaced. Almost a year on and the problem is not fixed.......... he made endless promises always saying he will attend to it... but it hasn't been done. I would not recommend this person to anyone. You will end up with a job that is not professional, and will be overcharged. You think that he will be the one doing the work but he sends along an apprentice to do the work! He has been touting for business in all of the new housing estates in Wattle Grove and surrounding areas. Please be aware.
Hi. sounds like we have the same issues!!! did you end up getting the work fixed by him?
please let me know as im in the middle of trying to get the work he did at our house fixed.
Maloos - in answer to your question, no he did not fix the problem and we ended up doing it ourselves. We made at least a dozen calls over several months each time getting a promise that he would resolve it. He kept making excuses. The only other option is to get Fair Trading involved. Good luck.
