Good range and helpful customer service! They also provided us with some good deals on our lights as we were buying new lights for our renovations

They have a huge range of LED downlights and nice modern Pendants. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great price compared to other local lighting store. Highly recommended.

Terrible company to deal with. I would give them zero stars if I could. Waiting for 4 weeks for my lamp to arrive still has not arrived paid in full. When I asked for a refund they said on their website there was a 20% restocking fee so not an actual refund. Emails to and from are extremely bad never get back to you straight away. It takes a couple of days. Owner was very rude over phone.
I have since paid for shipping as it does not come up via the website. Again no response from this horrible company.

Buyers beware!

Shocking company. They do not respond to emails. did not send the parcel. Shipping is way too expensive for a small item.
This is a genuine review, unlike google reviews where people or company can write their own.

Would not refund my payment when they didn't have the light in stock. They should not be advertising lights for sale on their website when they do not have it in stock and know that that the product has ceased production.
