Went to the Mornington store to buy some tropical fish with the family at 6pm. The store was empty. After waiting at the fish department for 10minutes and two staff members walking past several times we gave up and went to another pet store and spent $200+. Their loss. #reviewtowin

I just got my dog groomed here and it was disgusting. I paid $90 to be told my dog was obese and for them to shave all of the hair off his tail and shave patches in his neck and chest. The service was awful and the staff were rude. After having my dog groomed for 10 years I have never experienced such a disgraceful job. I now have to get my dog groomed somewhere else to fix what they have done. I will never be returning to this store again.
