Best Noodle
This place is in Gordon, just 50metres from Gordon station (across the road from Domino's Pizza on St Johns Avenue).
Nice, cosy place, open till 9:30pm Mon to Sat, friendly owner/chef and has a completely exposed, open kitchen so you know how your food is being cooked. At least the execution part is exposed. Appears to have another section not exposed- but hygiene wise I have had no reason worry. It has been superb so far.
It's nice to just sit back and watch the chef stir fry in massive wok while you wait for your noodles.
All the food is made to order- perhaps their meat and soup base is prepped prior but they've always been fresh.
I have tried their beef brisket noodle soup at least 4 times and tried pho and laksa as well. Consistently very good. Pho was a little oily but besides that ...read more
This place just opened in Gordon, but our office will soon be relocating to Chatswood so this could be the new local for us! We sampled this today for the first time and it was great - all dishes are prepared fresh after you ordered and at 10.50-13.50 for most dishes (and big portions) the value is there.
Anything from Beef Pho to Laksa, to fried rice and hokkein noodles!
