I was sold a car that the management promised was in very good condition , The car turned out to have many defects from no lights to leaking LPG . The management refused to have it all fixed did not even check for the LPG leak and wanted me to go 50/50 in the repair price of the other warranty covered parts. I would never let anyone I know buy a car from this place.

I arrived from Canada to travel the country and Brad at Best Price has been a great help with my van. I've also met people in the neighbourhood, including my uncle, who are also very happy with the service.

My van required an entire engine rebuild, a huge job, that Best Price had no problems with. A+ on Timely, professional, and friendly service. (Plus a great place for any odd parts in they're wreck yard!)

I think this place deserves more credit, Brad the main guy who works there is always so awsome to deal with and is always really friendly, I don't know about sending your performance car there but as far as servicing your everyday car and fixing up bits for rego they seem reasonably fair with pricing, I've sent my mum there and she also agrees they're really friendly compared to most places.

Did pink slip with a new flex pipe on the exhaust, 2 brand new tyres for under $300 which seems about normal.

dropped into this place needing 2 front tyres for rego. told by the management no problem i have 2 good ones for you. tyres were fitted and $70 paid i drove off. when i got home and checked the tyres they were worn down to the indicators. waste of time and money. i returned to complain they said "sorry we dont have any more". they gave me a %50 refund. so left with 2 stuffed tyres and out of pocket $35. went to another wreckers in gosford and got set of 4 wheels and tyres in almost new condition for $160. showed them the tryes BEST PRICE sold me and they agreed theose tyres would not pass rego.
