Alex helped me with a whole range of software issues and a nasty virus problem over recent months. He quoted a fixed price upfront, and was done by the promised deadline. No complaints. Have already and will continue to recommend him to others.

Absolutely useless. I took my computer here with a clear description of the problem. The DC input had broken off the motherboard. Rather than inform that this was something that they couldn't fix. They held onto my computer for two days and only when I called them asking me for an update did they tell me it was something they couldn't fix. I told the guy that he should have called me earlier out of some sense of customer service and his suggestion was that it wasn't his problem and we should have called earlier.
Thanks to my one experience with this company, I will never recommend them to anyone. Going to them was an absolute waste of time!
