We are a resort at Hope Island on the Gold Coast, comprising over 20 separate schemes and over 5000 homes. Best Telecom provide their local super high speed internet services, as well as Foxtel and phone services for our owners and residents. We highly recommend their local "good old fashioned" service, which they can provide in home or remotely. They have been servicing our area for over 10 years.

We used Best Telecom as a recommendation through Bartercard. They charged our card $4k in advance for a service which we never agreed, and has took us months to get a refund from them. We have sent emails however they block your IP Address and calls are never returned, Hence Customer Service is Non Existent!! This company will not be around for long so do not use

Awful customer service, nobody knows who's in charge of what. Emails seem to get ignored repeatedly and a request for termination/exit fee takes weeks to calculate. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The worst internet provider ever DO NOT USE THESE GUYS ... i used them for years and when i decided to swap companies they kept on charging me monthly bills after i had asked for my service to be cancelled. After sending them through a signed form twice which had to be by mail, i finally sent the third form through registered post which they reckon they didn't recive until i told them it was sent registered post to which the reply was ok we will cancel your service. They also charge you a cancellation fee to which i never had a contract signed to state this was the case, nor could they provide me with one. So contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsmun and they will help you. TERRIBLE FAMILY RUN BUSINESS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ... SHAME ON YOU BEST TELECOM. Oh and they don't deserve even 1 star to rate them.

terrible service, no internet for the sixth time this week, often impossible to get through to a tech, don't use them
