In March 2014 I had a shower screen made and installed by Betta. Once the screen was installed, on closer inspection, we became aware of the razor-sharp, jagged egdes where the two screens joined at the corner and I was concerned someone would cut themselves very badly. Also once we started using the shower the water leaked out of the shower between the track and the floor.

We went down to Betta to inform them of the problems with installation and upon seeing the shower again in the store I knew that the jagged edges should have been smooth and clean. Visited the Brookvale showroom today and the attendant was too busy making and receiving phone calls to give me any time to talk about the product. I knew these were business calls and I gave them the time they needed but when they have a few minutes, they hastily showed me a few sliding doors, shoved a brochure in my hand and could hardly wait for me to leave. The way I see it is that I'm business too ... I'm looking for a company to build a built-in wardrobe but I doubt that I will be using this company after that shabby customer service.

I have just had Betta undertake a small job of fitting extra kitchen cupboards. They were keen to do the job, and both the designer and installer arrived on time. The quote and price charged were reasonable, and the cupboards look fantastic - the installer helped with his own ideas here to get around a couple of tricky problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending Betta to others.

Betta came to measure up for a glass splashback as part of our kitchen redo, and the designer/measurer was excellent. He really knew what would work for the space, and talked us into using something in a very unusual colour that looks fantastic. The installer was just as good working quickly, and when running late letting us know. We're both happy with the job.
