DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - with Dennis the salesman and head office will do nothing for you if there is a problem of any sort, even when they have admitted to their mistake. I am left with three overpriced set of shelves as it is impossible to fit doors to the joinery that they installed. After being told that they would come to fix it, they left and have told me that it is a problem to be fixed at my cost and time by someone else. BEWARE- DONT USE BETTA AT ALL ESPECIALLY DENNIS

We had 2 wardrobes fitted by Betta Drummoyne last week.I cannot speak highly enough of the very professional experience that we had with this company from beginning to end. Martin who did the measure and quote, arrived on time and was a wealth of ideas and there was no pressure put on us to buy. It was a pleasure to see the two very experienced fitters John and Anibal go about their work - no fuss, meticulously clean workers - everything was covered and protected, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the installation. We are very happy with the end result and the respect shown in a just- bought apartment. No damage done at all to the newly painted walls and new floorboards.

Dealings started off well - however after waiting 7 weeks still missing part of our order - management told me that once I had stopped ranting that they would tell me when I could expect delivery - absolutely disgusting - will not deal with them again and will ensure that I tell anyone I know. One very disgruntled consumer. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.

BE WARNED! you will not be dealing directly with the tradesmen in this business you will get the run-around from head office & it's branches to make an appointment to even arrange to install something as basic a 2 -wall shower screen. I have had to talk to 4 different people.
