Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens

After submitting a request for a quote and explained that I had an existing wardrobe that needed new glass sliding doors and a redesign of the internal space for more storage , which I again explained to the pleasant lady that phoned me back. I was told that a consultant would be in contact to arrange a time and date. No problem until the arrogant, wannabe salesman turned up with a attitude that was extremely poor. "Are you going to rip that down or are we" I said not if I don't have to because it's solidly built in good condition just needing additions. The surly salesman for some reason had taken offence to what I said, " well I'm not here for that " and packed up his bag and measuring tape and began to leave . After being recommended by a friend, we had Betta install a built-in wardrobe for us. The first person to come and measure up was too busy trying to make the sale to measure the space correctly. They then had to come back a second time to measure again.
When it came time for installation they had no idea what they were meant to be doing, and I had to explain every single detail to them. The hand-drawn picture from the sales person wasn't descriptive enough. Half way through installation I was told the measurements had been taken incorrectly by the first person and the wardrobe couldn't be completed that day. After not hearing from anyone for a few days I called to ask what was happening with my unfinished wardrobe.
Eventually a third person came round to complete it, but I (once again) had to explain what needed to be done. The end result is great, but the the incorrect measurements and lack of job knowledge for the installers was a hassle.

Betta installed a frameless shower screen recently, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and with the service. The shop staff were helpful and worked around our busy schedule to make a booking for the quote and measuring up. The installer did a great job with a tricky finishing job on the corners, so the screen fits perfectly - he was also on time!
