Better Bin Hire Geelong

I recently ordered a bin for waste building materials and was quoted $1000, then on collection was informed the bin was too heavy and would need to pay an additional $900 or they would empty the bin back on the property. I informed them prior to drop off that the waste consisted of concrete and pavers (heavy waste). I must stress, at no time was the bin filled above the rim.
I refused to be bullied into their demands for an additional $900, the 2 men then proceeded to empty the bin around a kids swing set.
