Better Brakes Parramatta

Put my car in for some work, walked around with employee to confirm no door dents etc. Got the car back three hourse later with multiple scratches on passenger door. Employee agreed they were not there when they took the car but owner not interested......... take me to court!

Never, never, never use this company as, in my experience, they do not respect you or your car..........

Have used for the last two years, and will do so no longer. Had the latest invoice looked at by another mechanic and apparently he charged me almost a 100% markup, including charging me twice for disposing off old parts. Less than 1000km and a week of him fixing the vehicle (he changed the raditor), the engine blew, which in the opinion of the new mechanic was due to the carelessness of him. Having spend more than $2k initially, I have another $2k to pay to rectify the issues.

Every time I have taken the car in, it always seems to have additional issues and therefore costs me more $$$.

Won't use again.

Worse experience ever! I took my car in for a rego check, dropped it off and they said it should be done in an hour but I had o go to work so said that I will pick it up later. 2 hours later I get a call and the mechanic reads out a long list of things that need to be repaired before it passes rego. First thing on his list was the breaks and rotars. He said it's 'metal on metal' and all needs to be replaced.. the cost, $800. Now this was a bit of a shock because I had changed the brakes and rotars a few month before and the car had only done about 1,000km since that service!! Service with a smile! Being female, it is nice to go to a mechanic where they don't treat you like you have no clue, the mechanics are honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended and what a convenient location.

Most affordable and honest mechanic iv used so far. Will definitely bring my car back and recommend all my friends and family. The team is very friendly and helpful, but most of all they are very affordable and are conveniently situated in the heart of Parramatta CBD.
