Better Budget Bathrooms

Short and to the point.
Went to this buisness as wanting to support locally.
Asked for the price for a few products and the owner wrote up what we thought was a quote.
When asked how long this quote good for he said not long but if you pay a deposit till a decision made the price would be held.

The next time we entered the shop we got no end of verbal abuse with the owner standing over us.
We both thought he was going to get violent.
He also made a not so nice comment about my wife which I shall not write here as I walked out of the shop.
We have decided to not to return and do buisness with this shop and losse our deposit.

I warn anyone who enters into any agreement with this biusness to do so at own risk.

Wow what a fantastic shop to do your reno, they had everything, we did 4 bathrooms and a laundry and could not be happier with the result. Owners at the shop were fantastic and very helpful, they really knew their products. Was seemless and orders arrived when they said they would. Cannot say a bad word as this shop was a 1 stop shop for us and it made our reno go so smootly. Well done Better bathrooms Capalaba.
My wife is fussy and has an eye for detail and she told me to get on here to recommend them,,but i was going to do it anyway. ;)

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - On first going to this place of business I found the woman who works there to be helpful and friendly so I thought I was making the right decision in purchasing from this small business. Well that soon changed when a problem arose with the products & I went back. This time I spoke with owner, well what a turn around, he can go from being pleasant to a nasty, rude man as quick as you can blink. His mannerism was appalling and certainly does not know the definition of customer service. Would never use or recommend again.

Support small business, this bathroom and kitchen shop has been of tremendous service to me. They took the time to design my new bathroom, now stunning modern & spacious, contempory vanity & tapware, & excellent quality & value for money. I'm extremely happy & do recommend.

I am a regular purchaser of this company of shower screens and toilets. Provide excellent pricing and their products are from well known branded companies!
