Better Design Homes

We have built 3 homes with Better Design Homes over the last 14 years and couldn't have asked for a better builder. Would recommend them and if we ever build again we would use them again.

Better Design Built my house 8 years ago. Better Designs had a great drafter at the time that designed beautiful homes, so I went a head and built with them. Since handing over the house everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with the house, and the house is a lemon. I am having to spend $250,000.00 dollars on fixing up his short cuts and the house will be the best engineering designed house in the street. They took short cuts on the engineering design for the slab of my house and used other business who was well known at the time for cheap slab designs to save builders plenty of money. I had already given Better Design Homes my soil tests from East Coast Geotechnical previously done on the land that showed piering had to be done down to 5 meters, but they choose to ignore this and do a cheaper design behind my back.
