Was having terrible trouble getting phone line/broadband connected via Telstra. Contacted Charlie Balazs at Better Electrical and Security and not only did he turn up when he said he would, he also rang me prior to attending to let me know he was on his way, he came out on a Saturday (oh joy for us workers who cant be home 8am til 1pm Mon thru Fri only for the big guys like Telstra) and in a very short space of time had fixed my problem and I was online and able to phone people!
Wonderful service, cannot praise him enough! Thank you Charlie! Will definitely use your services again and recommend you to friends!
