For our DIY landscaping project around a new pool - we utilised Better Exteriors to supply the travertine pavers and all associated products required to install. I found the staff, Mark, Aurelia and Adam to be fantastic, friendly and very generous in providing DIY tips for my project. The quality of the pavers was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to any DIY homeowners or Landscapers alike. But don't just take my word for it, make time and visit their showroom yourself, and after seeing their range of products and dealing with the staff, I'm sure you'll arrive at a similar conclusion to myself. Don't trust this shop. and never pay them any deposit in advance.
They delivery inferior quality product in contrast to what they show you in their shop.
And if products are chipped or damage, they will not honor or replace the product. My land scapper told me that this company has ripped off many customers in past.
I should have gone to Pavers Plus, they may be little expensive but atleast will deliver what they promise.

We supply the same quality products as the product laid on our display, please feel free to come in and to view the products. Please also let us know your landscaper's details so we can enquire with them about this supposed history.
Yes, we replace chipped or damaged products according to our terms & conditions, so not sure what is the issue, perhaps they were already laid or laid upside down, which is something you need to discduss with your landscaper's quality control.
