Better Health Pharmacy

I rate this pharmacy so low due to my recent experience. After purchasing contact lenses I realised only one lense was sealed in the packet. I assumed I would be able to refund or worse case scenario exchange the product. Not only did I get passed onto three different staff members that all insisted that I personally made a mistake, but their manager concurred and said there was nothing they could do about it. After persisting she offered to email the manufacturer and get back to me. I felt accused of lying and never experienced such judgement and poor customer service. This happens at the Box Hill Victoria store. I am more upset about my treatment than the waste of money. I felt bullied by the staf members that almost "ganged" up on me

Very helpful staff who are prepared to sit down with you and explain medications. Things are easy to find in this store and are very reasonably priced. Parking is easy too.
