I was after a water bowl for my (very cheeky!!) puppy who kept tipping his water bowl over. Contacted Better Pets and Gardens Canning Vale via phone and was put through to a staff member who had used an automatic filling water bowl for her dog and said that it was great. The fantastic customer service was continued in store when I went to pick up the new (anti tip!) water bowl. Great range of garden accessories also. They will also order in stock from other stores with a quick turn around. A+ service
