I was searching online for a pair of sale shoes. My size was sold out. I managed to find one pair of shoes size 9 at Whitford's. Normally sale shoes are not transferred to another store. I tried to pay over the phone but Betts do not do over the phone payments. So I wrote an email explaining that I had just had a cortisone injection in my leg and was resting. As I don't drive I would of had to catch 2 buses and a train to Whitford's. I received a phone call from the Manager at Whitford's who advised me that her Manager will pick up the shoes during the week and take them to Morley. I was ever so grateful.
Betts Morley rang to advise me that the shoes had arrived in their store. I picked them up. "I love them" Betts have a fantastic range of shoes and accessories.
Customer Service was Outstanding. Very Happy Customer, Thank You.
