after shopping at Betts for well over 10 years always finding the staff helpfull and well imformed after visting the store today 29.09.2016to buy new suit shoes i was greeted by a very rude girl after trying on a $99.00 pair and finding them none suitable i ask her for a better quality leather shoe her reply was shocked me never have i been insulted like that before
I asked her who is the manager as i wanted to make a conplaint she laugh and then showd me her name tag it was her she them started screaming get out get out and never come back
i wont be shopping there again.
I went too Harris Scarfes and spent my $260.00 there

i went to yr store when the sale,buy 1 second 1 1/2 price, firstly the service was good, but after choosing my 2 pairs, i paid for them, i wanted another 2 pairs, the 1 pair needed 2 be ordered in, i asked the girl to hold my shoes till the other ones came in, she asked for a deposit, but i didnt hv any cash left, i definately wanted the pair i ordered in but she wouldnt order them in without a deposit, ive been in retail for 26 yrs and i would never risk loosing a sale like that especially not in this economy,i think that sometimes you take the risk to keep the customer happy, there are lots of other shoe stores to shop at and even though the girl was helpful and i though she was pretty good at her job, i wouldnt go there again because i felt let down im sorry im just being honest
