Beverley Hardcastle

Unfortunately Beverly appears disrespect, rude and rushed the tax sessions as she books her clients back to back without considering or understanding people can be late due to simple issues as such as traffic.

I used Beverley for my tax returns on 3 occasions. If you have a very simple tax return i.e you are a full time employee and don't have any investments Beverley is quick, cheap and efficient. However, if your tax return has some complexity e.g. you have an investment property, Beverley does not have the competence or patience to help you. She doesn't understand the concept of negative gearing or long term capital gains investments. She gives her unsolicited financial advice and is definitely not qualified to do so. She tried to talk me out of claiming my maintenance costs for my investment property because it was too much work for her. After taking several phone calls during our in person appointment she then told me my time was up and would complete it asap. This never happened. When I followed up she told me she didn't have time and I should find another tax consultant.

Beverley has been dpoing my tax returns for over 6years & is the best. I will continue to be a return client for many more years to come.

I have used many acccountant firms in the last 25 years but none of them and i mean it none of them was as helpful, professional and knoledgable as Beverley Hardcastle. Beverley was introduced to me by one of my colleagues/friend (Blake) a few years back and i have never thought for one second to go and see someone else. Beverley was very helpful from day one that i met her and she even fixed another accountant's mistake and responded to ATOs letter on my behalf without charging me.
