The staff here were pretty unhelpful, and quite often rude. I ordered 3 sets of earrings, and 3 necklaces for my bridesmaids. They didn't have them in stock, but told me they would source them from different stores, and said it should take no longer than 2 weeks, and they would call me when they were in. They came in 2 MONTHS later. I went in to pick them up, and after the girl searched for 20 minutes for my lay-by, they were one necklace short.
One and a half months later I went in there to see what was happening, as they hadn't called. The girl took over an hour to find my lay-by as the previous girl hadn't put it away correctly. I paid the remainder, and left. I got home and discovered that they had given me one set of wrong earrings, which the girl had somehow failed to notice when she was putting them all in their individual boxes. I had to go back to fix it up.
The necklaces and earrings were nice and cheap, but all in all a stuff around to buy.
