Some of the staff here aren't always helpful. I had an item that broke after 2 days and I returned it. The person who helped me was reasonably new so sought advice from a more experienced staff member who didn't really seem to want to talk to me, they were happy just to tell the person that was helping me to relay the message on so they didn't have to actually provide customer service. Neither of them really knew how to provide good customer service and didn't seem to care either.
