Bevilles Jewellers

I am so disgusted with the service at watergardens that I will never buy from there again. I had bought a ring from the Airport West store and asked Watergardens store if they could order in a smaller size from head office. I was told that they could not do this as they were too busy with Christmas (this is the second store that has said this the other was Airport West). i have had mixed experiences with this store but i will try to be positive because the last staff member who served me was simply wonderful. i had been having problems because a ring i had sent away for repair was still not back and it was well over its due date. each time i would call the store staff would give me the run around, tell me it would be there with next delivery but it would not happen. i would ask them to chase it up and call me back but they never did. i was getting so frustrated but then i finally got through to Natelie who was very patient and understanding of my situation. she was honest, cos it was a weekend the jeweller wasnt there apparently to be called and Natelie wasnt working monday so she actually asked if it would be okay if i left it with her and she would personally call me back tuesday when she started at 2 oclock instead of leaving it with someone else. she got that i had already been mucked around enough. sure enough, 2 ...read more

i must admit that i dont know much about the jewellery but i know that their repair service is excellent. i left my wife's ring there to be resized and it came back very quickly. my wife was happy and said it was done well. this girl natalie even called and left a voice message on my phone when it came back to the store which was very nice. i found that very professional.

ive been served by Sarah a few times and i think she is very helpful. she was very polite to me and offered a lot of suggestions when i was looking for jewellery for my bridesmaids. because i needed 3 of every item she ordered everything in for me and had someone else call me when it all arrived. i would definitely reccomend her if you need advice.

I have shopped at Bevilles for many years because they always have a nice range at reasonable prices. However at this store I was absolutely disgusted with the service. Just prior to Christmas I went to the store to buy a gift for my sister. When I entered the store I noticed that there was a staff member sitting on a stool behind the counter clutching a water bottle on their stomach and drinking a coffee. As the store was busy, I waited patiently at the counters for assistance but they would not move! I asked them if they were able to assist me and they gave me a dirty look/eyeroll and said Someone else will help you. In the end, another 20 minutes later, a lovely girl came and assisted me and apologised for the delay.
