This PO shop needs inspection and monitoring from the Australian Post due to their services. They usually don't leave the card out to notify that you have had a postage to pick up. They simply do nothing, and until you realize, after contacting the sender for tracking number. If you do not know that someone has sent you something, you will lose the postage. We got it a few times. Sad customers of PO shop at address 439 Forest Rd Bexley NSW 2207. Raise your voice if you have similar bad experience with this shop. Build better local services.

If you been having so much issues then why you going back there? No ones forcing you, there's always bexley south, bexley north or rockdale post offices you can go to.

Totally agree with you. Australian Post needs to withdraw the licence of this shop and their staffs need to get trained again.
