Bob Jane have lost our business. Got new tyres on my 17 y.o. son's car and a wheel alignment. They forgot to tighten up the control arm which was then rubbing against chassis and would have eventually caused major damage. Called them after getting suspension place to investigate and fix and they couldn't care less. I'm trying to make sure my son drives a safe car and Bob Jane think sloppy workmanship is okay. Have always used Bob Jane but not anymore.

Bob Jane T-Mart at Beenleigh are friendly enough, but have just purchased a tyre from them and they didn't even extend the courtesy of fitting the tyre to the car (a simple job that would have taken them 5 minutes but will now take me 20+). Will avoid going back there.
