Sales service at front counter was rushed but good. Spent $1200 on new rims and tyres. Drove home that night (over 100kms) to find that over 90kms an hr a violent shake in my front end. Called the next morning to find out I was 'on the top of a callback list' to advise they had fitted incorrect hub rings to my car. I spent the entire weekend without being able to use my car.

Their solution was to fit a set of used wheels 'to make do' until they could have the required part made. New rims finally fitted today - 1 week after the original fitting.

I would have happily waited for the original parts when I ordered - rather than putting my car, my family and myself at risk.
These people put my family at risk and did not properly exercise their duty of care when fitting my new wheels.
No response from Head Office when I forwarded a formal complaint.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK!!!

We had just paid for the tyres, they told it was all good. We nearly drove off when we realised they had forgotten to put the hubcaps and the wheel nuts back on the car. So we went and told them about it, they acted very casual about the incident then we waited and extra 30mins for them to finish the job correctly. The price however was very good.

I value quality relationships, I also value being able to work with challenging situations in the community. I am not someone who assumes I know how to stay safe on the road so I am thankful that I trust these people to make sure that I do!!! I am leaving a review because the staff today responded to my needs, accommodated compromise & alerted me to something I wasn't aware of! - smile included! That isn't an expectation by any means - it's a bonus! thanks heaps!
