Great Service. I had to replace just one tyre which was a hard to find type I went to 5 places with no luck. These guys ordered it in and fitted it that afternoon. Very happy with the service, promptness and communication. I will be back!

I have been going to these guys since 1990 and their service is second to none,fantastic old fashioned service and the job is always done well the first time,highly recommended!!!

From the lovely phone manner to the car waiting at the door...

I dropped off my husband's flat tyre with a screw in it on Wednesday,Justin explained that it was not able to be fixed as it had the screw right on the edge and we needed a new tyre (which thank god was covered in our tyre and rim insurance) Then he explained the time plan and that a new tyre would arrive the next day at 11am and that if I gave them an hour to fit it to our rim then bring down my husbands car so they could fit it, which they did and I didn't have long to wait either I thought I would as they were busy. They also saw the plastic hub cap in the boot and fitted it too, all I had to do was sign for the job, (our insurance company prefer to do business with Bob Jane) they brought the car right up to the door and my kids got a free chuppa chup

brilliant service. very happy. we had our car booked in at another tyre shop to get 5 new tyres put on and a fit and balance for some reason it could not be done with the tyres we wanted. a little annoyed at the situation we took it to bob Jane, they explained to us why, we chose a different tyre that could go on. (which was about $15 more expensive per tyre) they matched the 1st price we where quoted and had all 5 tyres on the car fitted, balanced and a wheel alignment the next day. 5 stars. 100% great service.
