BG Engines has built me four engines in ten years for various projects of mine and every one has been super strong and super reliable. I've thrashed all of them, especially my current blown small block for three years without a glitch. I would strongly recommend them. Their quality and knowledge is second to none.

i also paid for an engine to the tune of nearly 20k.
I waited over 18 months and story after story nothing happened.the engine was apparently sent to me three times and every time it was lost or it was someone elses fault.i never seen this motor because it was never built.i was even given dyno figures.
I demanded a refund and after 8 months and threatening legal action I finally got money back.DO NOT TRUST BG ENGINES.
There is two sides to every story, myself and several mates have dealt with BG Engines and they have been great. We will continue to do so. They know their game and support and advise goes on after the purchase.
I paid for an engine to be built over 9 months ago, i got sick and tired of waiting for it to be finished, they agreed it would be sent to me in tasmania by xmas 2012 never happened, so i demanded a full refund of $11,530.. as they they finally finished the motor supposedly,and had a buyer for it, they promised me a refund by 7th feb 2013 im still waiting for it ,they keep giving me excuse after excuse, do not trust BG race engines!!!
i received my engine from bg engines, these guys are very busy and i should of been more patient with them, the engines is absolutely everything and more of what i wanted, ive had the 393 close to 2 years now, hasnt missed a beat, it has thebest engine parts thats for sure, i highly recomend bg engines to build you a great race/street/boat application, you wont be dissapointed, mick and damian are always happy to deal with, big thanks to bg engines :)
