Ive been to many bike shops around East side Melbourne and was very impressed by the team.
James went out of his way to find parts for my bike (Which I had not purchased from them) and fitted it up whilst I waited.
There was a good range from $300 to $6000 bikes.
With a modern fit out and perhaps some more staff training I can see these guys beinga round fro along time.
Ill be back again.
Bought a bike rack here in December, asked if I should install it on my bike or get them to. The sales staff said "probably best if we do, just bring it down we'll do it no charge."
But after installation some days later they played dumb claiming i must have misunderstood them. Even though thats exactly what was said!
Have bought several bikes here for my family but never again, shop elsewhere.
I have purchased all of our family bikes, kids bike trailers, bike seats etc from these guys and have never been disappointed. I recently purchased two girls Giant bikes from them for my 6 year old twins birthdays. They are great! The girls loved them! The service and knowledge of these guys is amazing with great attention to detail. They looked after me from my initial enquiry to when I picked up the bikes. Unfortunately on the day I gave the girls their bikes I accidentally ran over one of them!! In tears I rang the store they were very helpful again and fixed the bike for me so it was like new again! They have obviously been in business for a very long time and know their stuff I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thankyou :)
I purchased a hybrid bike from them and the sales person was very polite and helpful. However as with most bike shops I have visited the size selection is restricted to looks, a hop on, perhaps a test ride in the car park and no measurements. This completed I was told that I'm between sizes and given they had none of the smaller size in stock I was told to select the larger size if I felt ok on it which I did. Being the novice that I am after returning home I found that the top tube clearance is not enough when I change into shoes with less sole height. Less than 24 hours after the purchase I was told too bad by the owner. I understand the limitations for returning a product but it is unfortunate that I can return a pair of shoes no questions asked but a can't return a bike in brand new condition. Perhaps bike shops should assist customers better if they are to take this hard stance rather than rely on sight and feel good factor specially for those of us that aren't pros. ...read more
Just as with the bad I will post the good.
I spoke to the manager who has been away for several days since the purchase of my bike. He was most understanding and helpful. Given there were no stock of the smaller bike available in the store or the Giant retailer in Melbourne he made the effort to source one from Queensland. Very happy with his assistance and the bike!
