Disgusting company. Their customer service is non-existent as this department is rude, sarcastic and agressive. They are incompetent...they're inconsistent with putting out of stock items on backorder - you have to guess what they've done, they remove items from your order without advising you, they won't pick up/refund items incorrectly delivered, the majority of the time the food is not frozen or chilled at correct temperatures upon delivery, and they turn up whenever they feel like it without apology if you are busy - they come before your own customers.
Unfortunately we are stuck on a contract with them and they increasingly have a monopoly in this field so we have nowhere else to go and they know it.
