Have been driving past this place for years without going in so we finally did as my dad who loves pies is over from the uk. He was not disappointed. Large selection of pies, massively tasty and not that expensive. His only issue was the pie was too big for lunch :) (he still ate it though)
A great shop and fantastic service. There are not many around but worth the hike if you don't have one close to you. Even better its a family owned local business which makes it even better to support. The Big Dad's special with hunger buster (potato, peas and gravy) is a must try. We also find them great to use for our monthly work meetings for some sweet treats for catering.
The pies here are awesome! We take one of our kids here after weekend sports as a treat and it has never failed to disappoint. There is a yummy range of pies etc. to choose from. They do a pie/drink deal for $7.50 which is good value in my book. The store presentation is clean and tidy with the added bonus of off street parking beside the store. The service is genuinely friendly which is something I really appreciate these days. I don't know what is the highlight of my son's weekend, playing the sport he loves or the pie afterwards! Best of both worlds really. Recommend!
