After 1 and a half hours without pizza I rang up the store . Apparently someone banged on the door. Which is strange because my dogs bark whenever someone comes near the house. Management continued to argue over the phone. I said that I didn't want to wait another hour for pizza that wasn't free, refused to argue any longer and ended the call. 15 minutes later the pizzas were delivered and the staff continued to argue. I said that I didn't want the pizzas and I'm not paying for them (I'd already rang up another pizza place). They left saying "fine be like that". I then rang the management who then said the pizzas were free which was NEVER mentioned! Whatever happened to the customer's always right? Since when is it professional to turn up on a property unannounced?
