I recently had a snorkel fitted by Big O 4x4 at Bridge Road Pooraka.
The car had been booked in for almost two weeks and was arranged to be dropped off on the Thursday night for the job to begin first thing Friday morning.
After multiple attempts to contact them on the Saturday to see how my 4x4 was going and arrange pickup with no luck I ventured down there to see for myself.
When I got there I was told the 'parts hadn't arrived to complete the job' even though they'd known for almost two weeks what they'd need leaving me with no car for a long weekend.
I returned on the Tuesday ( Monday being a public holiday) to the job being 'completed' to find my car wouldn't start or run. I was given excuses as to it ...read more
