If you couldn't tell, we're big on flowers at Big on Flowers. We love how flowers can brighten a room, create smiles, and make your big event that much more special.
We are your local family owned florist shop just a hop away on Carlisle street. Our family business has grown alongside yours. We've been here from the beginning, for big days and small, happy and sad, and we'll be here until the end.
We are a full service florist shop with delivery to Balaclava and surrounding suburbs. We do florals for events, including weddings, birthdays, births, deaths, barmitzvahs, and holidays.
Great little florist with some very nice arrangements. Friendly staff and good prices.

Very disappointed. Poor value, poor choice & colour of flowers, no design or construction to arrangement. Did not match my instructions or expectations in any way. When I rang to complain they did agree to refund my money but wanted to pick up the arrangement from the relative I sent them to, no doubt to reuse the vase they were sent in! Not professional form!
We take customer complaints seriously because we are committed to delivering value to our customers. We took the time to understand MazdaGC’s disappointment regarding our product and asked her what we could do to remedy the situation. As a result, she received a full refund. At the end of our conversation, we asked if she would mind if we picked up the vase. Her reply was ‘okay’. This particular phone order was made to meet verbal instructions and was not a standardised product. It was invaluable for us to view the product again in order to critique our design work and interpretation of the verbal instructions, in light of her comments, and identify what we might do differently next time.

I got a lovely bunch of flowers for a friend that had been having some health problems and going through a hard time. The florist was quite sympathetic and threw in some beautiful touches at no extra cost. She seemed a bit grumpy when I first came in but was quite friendly and helpful after that.
1 star is being generous! My partner was charged $70 for 5 stems of lilies. Delivery was to the totally wrong address. When he called to complain was promised a call back which never happened, i then emailed and the store was not interested in resolving the complaint and blamed interflora. Look elsewhere if you are looking for value!!
