I recently visited Big Papa’s Food Truck when they’re in Doonside. I was very lucky that the line was not too bad.
I ordered Fat Tony, Double El Gringo and fries. Both burgers are Insta-worthy and taste awesome! The fries are good too and not too salty (the way I like it).
I love how thick and juicy the patties are. With perfectly melted cheese, soft buns and delicious sauce, all combined nicely together. I definitely don’t mind the dripping of the cheese :)
Their current special, ‘Fat Tony’ is unique with Four n Twenty lasagne topper. Love the crispy coating!

Lowdown: Its not everyday you get notified about a food truck conveniently located, but when you do, IT’S ON! SEE-YA-LATER lunch that was brought in! We get there 5 mins before it was due to open (12pm) and didn’t have to wait too long for the burger, although I’m pretty glad there was a little wait because it took me that long to decide which delicious morsel I would tackle.
