Big Rock Toyota

It is a great pleasure for me to write my observation in the process of buying used car which is nice from your esteemed organisation (Big rock Toyota).All front desk staff who are serving the customers are polite,smiley,good looking.
I met Nick who is trainee (actually found him professional )for my process.He is very active and supportive that enabled fasten my process.The way Nick was explaining about my benefits if I made a deal with Big Rock Toyota was very detailed so that I could not want to waste of my time to make a decision for aquring the car.I can develop my full confidence with the company and its staff like Nick,Jake,etc.
I also did drive test and found the car is Luxurious.I like it for going to picnic to celebrate the new year with my beloved family.Happy New year to all of you !

We had a positive experience with Big Rock Toyota staff including Ryan, Jake and Deb. The vehicle trade-in and cash transaction went smoothly. We would highly recommend Ryan (Used Vehicle Salesperson). Ryan is approachable, professional and not your typical 'pushy' Salesperson. Ryan listened to our family needs. The dealership had a play area for our 15 month old to enjoy while we signed the paperwork. Overall Big Rock Toyota staff were patient and listen to our needs. We have a complimentary service in four weeks with Big Rock Toyota...watch this space for an update.

I did gave them all receipts and docs for my regund anf talk to lady on complain department no response and no refund. Very very bad company to buy anything , its been more than a month

I am utterly disappointed with this company. My Girlfriend just bought a second hand car from a supposedly reputable company. She did not recieve the log book. Upon questioning, one of the stuff promised to contact the car owner for the log book and will follow up with her but did not do so after about a month. Furthermore, there was not any spare tyre in the car. She had to contact them herself and constantly follow up with them with no avail. In the end, she had to pay an extra $50 for them to generate a log book. In Conclusion, terrible compony, terrible service, Avoid at all cause. Buyers beware

also forgot to add that never deal with used car department salesperson . they are one of the worst sales people i ever seen in my life.
