Big W

I visited Big W at Doncaster and I am so happy I did. I was looking for some gifts for my students at Yarra Junction Primary School (a school in the Yarra Valley) and a saleslady asked if she could help. That lady - Violet was amazing. We got to talking and she offered me a couple of little books (part of your Christmas giveaways to childen) and I thanked her. I said I would give them to two Prep students as a reward. She gave me a couple more - for which I was really pleased. Later in the morning I revisited the store and Violet approached me - she spoke to the store Manager and they donated more of the books for my little students. I was totally overwhelmed and grateful. What was wonderful for me - that there were no hidden marketing gains, the store will probably not gain extra sales from our families who possibly never shop in Doncaster. Spacious and bright, clean and pretty well organised. Prices are very budget friendly. There were a number of great offers when we were there this weekend.
