Purchasing items in this store is a pleasant experience. The self-serve attendants were swift to resolve any pricing issues I had with my items, as well as apologising for any confusion about the ticketing of the items. I will continue to shop at this store and contribute to keeping this store alive.
Why I have persisted in purchasing items through this particular store even astounds me, and just goes to prove how easy going I am. However, I can't expose myself any longer to the eternal source of antagonism it creates every time I go. As a general rule there are never enough staff on the counters, in what I believe is an attempt by the management to encourage customers to serve themselves. (Give me a discount for doing the work myself and I may,....... just may, consider using them). I could rant further but have decided I have had wasted enough of my time and energy on a store I will no longer spend my hard earned dollars at.
