Love this Big W, they had 40% off tommee tippiee eating wear and I bought Jier auction plate for my baby who loves to thrown things on the floor! So hopefully this helps! A staff member was at the front of the entrance to the store handing out easter eggs which was so nice and welcoming!
Checkout was easy as there are also self service ones which are pretty easy to use.

This Big W has a fabulous baby section. They stock baths, bottles, bibs, clothing, change mats... the list goes on. I was really happy with the range and pricing is very affordable. Service is basically non existent on the floor but I suppose that is what you expect in a store like this! It is located on one of the lower levels of the original (aka old) section of the Macquarie Centre shopping complex.

Big W in Macquarie Centre is a large store that has a wide range of exceptional items from outdoor furniture, bikes, clothing, confectionery, beauty products etc.

Their staff are very well trained - Great customer service.

Great selection of clothes and cosmetics. This store is huge. They also stock a huge range of Bonds clothes and underwear. The checkout line always looks long and intimidating but it is actually quite fast service and because there is only one line linked to all the registered you don't have to guess which aisle is faster.

Had the worst experience in my life tried on a tester makeup and was treated rude by a staff member was so upset, went home and followed up with a professional email and this has also been ignored
