After not having luck finding an art smock in another store at Water Gardens Shopping Centre, i decided to check at Big W. Again not knowing which section it would be stored in, i asked a staff who looked extrememly busy. He was very nice and was honest and said he had seen some a few months ago but wasnt too sure where himself. So he asked his collegue who pointed him to the stationary section where he spent his time scanning like 3 isle to make sure. He finally spotted them as they were nicely packed into a small package which could easity be missed but the fact that the staff wanted to make sure i got what i was after was really nice of him. Great customer service. Wish this could happen all the time.
