Bought replacement tray for air fryer, came incomplete for $99 - no response from them.

I've lost $99 - DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered a replacement fan for my fan forced oven back in July, this was delayed multiple times due to covid. When big spares finally got the item, they said their supplier had changed the price and were sticking the price difference to me, but were doing me the favor as they were charging less than they would have after this price change.

Two months waiting for product to be dispatched. No contact from company to get an update about delivery, very frustrating to receive a poor service where you pay for a product supposed to be in stock but after 60 days the order still appears as Pending Fulfillment.

Do not use them, two weeks to get a small part. Over priced postage. Could not speak to anyone on the phone. I really dont know who is leaving the positive reviews, reckon there fakes. Good luck, wont be back.

The company has very poor customer service, besides not providing a contact number their response time to emails is bad! They don’t provide PayPal and they have a no refund policy! Items marked available but it takes about two months to actually get the item! Don’t do business with this company, unless you want your money taken and poor customer service!
